Fair use. TicketDM is for genuine customer conversations. Do not use it for spam or bulk messaging. If your usage is unusually high, we will talk to you before limiting anything. Uploaded files are limited to 10 MB each.

Is there a catch?
No. TicketDM is in beta and we want real teams using it so we can make it better. During the beta, everything is free and nothing is held back.
Will I be charged later?
Not without notice. Paid plans will be announced before the beta ends, with plenty of notice. You will never be charged for something you did not agree to, and we will tell you what changes before it changes.
Do I need a credit card?
No. Sign up with your email and start. We do not ask for payment details during the beta.
Are there limits on agents or seats?
No. Anyone in your Telegram groups can answer. There are no seats to buy or assign.
What counts as fair use?
TicketDM is built for real customer conversations. Please do not use it for bulk or automated messaging, spam, or anything that breaks our terms. If your volume looks unusually high, we will get in touch to talk it through before we limit anything.
