Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. TicketDM is free during the beta, with everything included. Paid plans will be announced well before the beta ends. See pricing.
Does my visitor need Telegram?
No. Visitors use the chat widget on your website. Only your team uses Telegram.
Can several people answer?
Yes. Anyone in the Telegram group can reply to any ticket. There are no seats to buy. Each person sets the name visitors see with /me.
Can I use more than one Telegram group?
Yes. Connect several groups and choose which group each website posts to, for example one per brand or team.
Does it work with WordPress, Shopify or Webflow?
Yes. It is one script tag, so it works anywhere you can add custom code. See the install guides for WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Framer, Squarespace and Wix.
Where are messages stored?
On our servers in Germany (EU), so we can deliver them, show history and send email follow-ups. Visitors never see your agents' Telegram accounts, only the display name each agent chooses. Read the privacy policy.
What if the bot is removed from the group?
Your dashboard shows the group as disconnected and we email the account owner. Add the bot back and reconnect. Your account and settings stay in place. See troubleshooting.
